To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with dat939, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:
Age Verification: We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. You may be required to submit identity documents at any point during your use of the Platform. The Account will remain restricted until age verification is satisfactorily completed. If verification reveals that a User is under the minimum eligible age, all funds associated with the Account will be returned (net of any withdrawals already processed) and the Account permanently closed.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a valid contact number. You must not use fictitious information, impersonate another person or use a third party's identity or payment details.
Identity Verification (KYC)
We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. For Pakistani users, acceptable documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Proof of address and a liveness selfie may also be required. Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal.
You must never alter, obscure, redact or otherwise falsify any document submitted for verification purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to and be the responsibility of the Account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via the email address listed in Section 17.
Access to the Platform and use of the Services is subject to compliance with these Terms at all times. By using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform, and we reserve the right to suspend, modify, restrict or terminate access to any feature or the entire Platform at any time, with or without notice, for operational, technical, security, legal or compliance reasons.

Deposits
Deposits may only be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. We reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel any bet or wager in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, suspected match-fixing or irregular betting patterns, force majeure events, or where the integrity of a market is deemed to be compromised.
In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to market suspension at any point. Bets accepted before a suspension are binding unless they fall within a void scenario as defined in the applicable market rules.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dat939 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Services.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy of odds, market data, game outcomes or any other information displayed on the Platform.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall in no event exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, we reserve the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the point of termination shall be returned via the User's original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance review.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at the email address in Section 17. Upon voluntary closure, any Bonus Funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their breach, termination or invalidity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of being raised, either party may pursue the matter through the formal dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Platform's operating license.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment coming into effect.
